The Shepherd’s Toolbox: Advancing Your Churchs Shepherding Ministry is a wonderful supplement to Tim Witmer’s The Shepherd Leader which has been utilized by a number of church leaders to start or reimagine shepherding programs within their churches.

Our church has benefitted greatly from the ministry of our men and women shepherds. I personally don’t know how a large church like ours would have weathered the last few years of the COVID pandemic without our shepherds caring for and connecting with our flock. This supplement is a great addition to Witmer’s original work as it gives churches real-life examples of shepherding ministry challenges and successes and creates a more detailed roadmap for them. -- Dr. Clay Smith.
